Completed works will be delivered in email in JPG & PNG Form. On a chibi Commission I will send the standalone transparent chibi along with assets if ordered. Please know the commission may condense into one layer. There is a potential, however, that backgrounds, character and & assets may be applicable to separate on my end.

Commissions will be posted in socials - if not desired, please let me know.

Payments are upfront. After the payment is made, I will start on your commission with our details and discussion in mind.

Once you make a request, I will respond back to you in the best available time - if its on VGen I will DM you. If on Kofi or other alternatives, I will email or message in whatever is best for you. (Twitter, Instagram)

I will notify you regardless where you are on the list. If you are next, then it is most likely that an invoice from me will be delivered either that day or within a few days.

Please note that I will always be sure to send an invoice when you are next on my commissions list. Taking your commission means that I am free to deliver and focus in on your commission for however many weeks needed - I wouldn't feel comfortable to take many at once since I don't want to rush any commissions for clients.

If you are further along the list, and you're willing to wait, then great and thank you! In the meantime, if you missed any details in the commission document, feel free to drop more information about your character. Alternatively I may come back around to ask you more about traits or story to help me with a pose or get an idea of what you'd like.

With a cushion of time with work and life in general, a rough estimate varies on commission type. I will keep you on the loop if anything come up! Additionally you may ask for WIP images, if desired. (sketches or paintings may vary in the process)

Chibis can take from 1-2 weeks. If you order additional assets, you may choose the assets, or leave it up to me!

Illustrations may take 3-4 weeks. Since its painterly style I will give the original version, final version (with contrast adjustments, etc.) and a cropped profile, if desired. No PSD at this time as layers are flattened, but PNG and JPG are included.

Please note that I'd love to draw the character as best as it can be. Styles may alter a little to show off the character, and this explains if the process may be a little slow, potentially.

Payments made are via VGen and currently under PayPal USD.

I round my commissions based on the taxes and fees applied to VGen. So the base price is the settled price with those fees involved. (VGen tends to take 10% in final pricing, and this included my area in CA.)

Sending an invoice can be made, but please note that payments are not immediately refundable.

I reserve the right to refuse the request - currently no NSFW commissions unless otherwise specified.

Concentrated categories are available for commissions - scenic backgrounds, character sheets from descriptions and animations are currently not available.

State your deadline upfront if you have any. Depending on the deadline I may either decline or charge extra if it's crunched to a very close degree.

Works in Progress and Sketches can be shown by request. Please state which communication is best! (email, DM)

Revisions can be made but may be limited depending on the request

Refunds can be made, only if I am unable to work on the commission in specific events - this will be discussed.

Won't Do: NSFW, Furry, Mechs, Heavy Gore, Realism

Commissions are for personal use only. If it's used for commercial use, let me know and be sure to credit me! I will currently not charge extra, but charges may change in the future.

Commissions are currently at a price that varies over time - I may charge more in the future, but its priced since I've just recently started commissions!

Please do not use the artwork for intended NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI. I will refuse the commission if so.

Once you issue a form or send a request after contact on the following: VGen, Kofi or email, I will contact you in the next available time.

This means that I see your message and I'll let you know where you are on the queue!

Once you are next on the list, I will inform you that you are next in line - you can issue your desired request on the commission with qualified references (good lighting at least and set colors and potential outfit you'd like)

Of course, you can do via email or Vgen message. This is if you'd like a commission from me and you're willing to wait, feel free to send info or updates for your commission

When the information & prices are in agreement, I will send an official invoice. No immediate refunds after payment. Complete this invoice in your next availablity, but keep me informed if payment cannot be made at this time. The window I'll make is 24h if there is no communication about payment otherwise.

Also as stated on Terms and Conditions, please state any deadline, if any. This may determine if I can succeed and complete accordingly and may or may not be able to take the commission. Severe crunch times are charged.

Once the invoice is made, I will start on your commission. If you desire any change, please let me know, but know its controlled within the spectrum of the commission (i.e chibi or illustration)

Chibis take around 1-2 weeks, with a cushioned balance for other responsibilities and personal life.

Illustrations can vary 3-4 weeks, with other stuff in mind as listed above

I'd love to make this illustration and piece to your liking and something to be proud of, so I'd love to work on this as best I can! Capturing details, etc.

Again, I love character illustrations and love seeing it come to life.

Final product can be sent on email, and shared as a Google Drive folder catered to you. Sizes are listed in the samples, varied from 1500px to 3000px. Specifications can be mentioned, if any.
